Inalia Skincare: Innovative Packaging Design

Combining Nature and Science for a Unique Skincare Experience

The inspiration for the packaging system design of Inalia Skincare came from the topography and altitude difference of the fertile soil of Crete. The designers at Grams Design Studio sought to capture the essence of this unique landscape and translate it into a visually striking and functional packaging design. The result is a two-layered container system that allows the interaction of science and nature to be reflected in the bottle.

The outer part of the packaging is a transparent container that encloses a smaller, black cylinder container. This design choice highlights the altitude difference of Crete and symbolizes the way nature's innovation spreads to the skin. The graphic elements on both containers were carefully designed to interact and distinguish Inalia Skincare from its competitors, creating a visually captivating effect.

One of the key features of the Inalia Skincare packaging is its interactive functionality. The internal cylinder spins when you rotate the lid, releasing the essence and secrets of nature's innovation. This unique interaction adds an element of surprise and delight to the skincare routine, enhancing the overall user experience.

The Inalia Skincare packaging is made using a combination of plastic, silkscreen print, gold foil print, and paper layering. The use of these materials not only ensures the durability and functionality of the packaging but also adds a touch of elegance and sophistication.

Since its launch in March 2020, Inalia Skincare has gained recognition and acclaim. The packaging design was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2021, a prestigious accolade that celebrates outstanding and creatively ingenious designs. This recognition is a testament to the innovative approach and attention to detail that Grams Design Studio brought to the project.
